Plan your next trip with full flexibility

Dear Readers,
Our new booking policy offers maximum flexibility when planning your trip. Besides being able to rebook your ticket, you can now also request a refundable voucher if you wish to postpone or cancel your trip. Regardless of the reason.

You can use this voucher to book a new ticket or to get a cash refund. The new policy applies to new and existing bookings with a departure date up to and including 31 March 2021. If you made a booking via a travel agent, please request a voucher there directly.

Request a refundable voucher
Would you like to book a new flight departing on or before 31 March 2021? If your plans change you can now cancel your flight and request a refundable voucher, regardless of the reason. You can request your voucher online or via your travel agent and use it at a later stage for a new flight.*

Request a refund
If you prefer a refund, this is also possible. Please request a refundable voucher first, after which you can apply for a refund. Both requests can be made online or via your travel agent.

Rebooking
The option of changing your departure date or destination at a later stage remains in place. For example, did you book a flight for next week, but would you rather fly a month later? Or would you like to change your destination from Vienna to Rome? You can change your booking without a change fee** via My Trip or via your travel agent.

Flight schedule updates
At KLM, we've restarted flights to an increasing number of destinations from the UK via Amsterdam and we're gradually planning to resume flights to more destinations. For that reason we like to keep you updated on our most recent flight schedule.

101st Birthday

We're celebrating our 101st birthday today, the 7th of October. Looking back at our anniversary last year, we realise how much the world has changed. The coronacrisis has impacted us all and we have been doing everything we can to make sure you can travel with confidence. Just as we have for the past ten decades and we will continue to do so in the future!
