Besides being able to rebook your ticket, you can now also request a refundable voucher if you wish to postpone or cancel your trip. Regardless of the reason. You can use this voucher to book a new ticket or to get a cash refund. The new policy applies to new and existing bookings with a departure date up to and including 31 March 2021. If you made a booking via a travel agent, please request a voucher there directly.   Request a refundable voucher Would you like to book a new flight departing on or before 31 March 2021? If your plans change you can now cancel your flight and request a refundable voucher, regardless of the reason. For example, did you book a flight for next week, but would you rather fly a month later? Or would you like to change your destination from Vienna to Rome? You can change your booking without a change fee** via My Trip or via your travel agent.
